We have a nice house between Pattaya and Sattahip for rent.
It is located about 3.5 km from the "Pattaya's secret beach tip number 1". The holiday villa is built to European standards and really fully equipped. It comes with all utensils, such as bed, bath and house textiles.

You shall also find the little extras such as umbrellas, barbecue grill for the house, a beach grill and a cooler for the drinks, pool loungers for its own swimming pool, sun screen, etc.

Also, the kitchen well equipped with cooker, extractor hood, fridge / freezer combination, microwave, toaster, juicer and water heater etc . Additionally of course, a washing machine, ironing board and iron, so you do not have to burden with excessive luggage.

All bedrooms are equipped with low noise air conditioners. In the living and dining room there are ceiling fans, promising you a fresh breeze.

If you do not want to have your drink on the bar chairs of the pool, there is a sitting group on the terrace offering a place in the shadow to relax.

The small fishing village of Bang Sare, where the house is located, lays about 12 km south of Pattaya Dei. Shopping facilities are available in town, small shops and the daily fresh market. Small restaurants are mostly located in the center or at the beach. There are also the famous food stalls for Asia, which are now frequented by foreigners who like the local favourites. But over all, it is here in Bang Sare still tranquil and cosy. It is not so noisy and hectic as in Pattaya but for the guys who like the vibrant city, Pattaya is not far, with all its joys and vices. Also is Bang Sare an ideal base for outings and excursions. Here are just some of many possibilities, Under Water World, Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, Elephant Camp, Floating Market, Mini Siam, museum of bottles, the monkeys show. The list goes on and on.

The house is situated in a lovely residential complex that was only opened in autumn 2010. The Moo Ban has a 24 hour security. The villa is next to its private swimming pool in a small exotic garden, ideal for relaxing, swimming and the evening barbecue. It is an ideal place for people who would like to escape from the cold winter. Simply escape the cold of Europe, to settle down here at an affordable price.
